Amendment P01 is being issued to the FY04 Department of Defense Myeloproliferative Disorders Research Program (MPDRP) Supplement to inform you that if you plan to include background information in your submission to the FY04 MPDRP, it should be provided within the 25 page limit of the Proposal Body and precede the Hypothesis. If including Background information, please refer to the General Guidelines for Development of the Proposals Body listed below. These guidelines supersede the guidance for developing the Main Body of the Proposal provided on page 10 of the FY04 MPDRP Supplement.
